RF::ViPer is used especially in virtual commissioning for simulation of peripheral elements in virtual plants.
YAMS offers you the possibility to simulate and visualize complete production plants. The numerical kinematics simulation integrated in RF::YAMS simulates the mechanical behavior of complex plants realistically. Volume collision detection enables even the most minimal clashes between the displayed solids to be detected and displayed.
RF::RobSim is the flexible robot compiler. With it, new robot programmes can be simulated and tested even before the real commissioning. You can also load and run existing robot programs. It is possible to load kinematic models and programmes of all well-known manufacturers of industrial robots or to create new kinematics. All of the most frequently used robot kinematics are already stored in RF::RobSim.
RF::RobotConnect is the connection to virtual or real robot controllers. Using RF::RobotConnect, it is easy to connect to real or virtual robot controllers
RF::MAX² is the flexible assistance tool designed for the efficient creation and management of projects for Virtual Commissioning and for the Virtual Shadow. By using RF::MAX², it is possible to create both projects for the 3D visualisation RF::YAMS, the robot simulation RF::RobSim as well as for the for the peripheral simulation RF::ViPer with just one click.
RF::TIAExporter is the exporter tool for the data required for the virtual commissioning from the TIA Portal. PLC signal lists, HW configuration and additional information are automatically exported from the PLC project by means of RF::TIAExporter. Therefore the the interface "TIA Openess" provided by Siemens is used.
