Test methodology for virtual commissioning based on behaviour simulation of production systems
AVANTI developed a test methodology for the virtual commissioning of production systems. The project virtualised the testing process for industrial production lines and combined different simulation models and tools to create and run tests before real commissioning. Based on the results, EKS InTec introduced a tool for automated test generation and execution in virtual commissioning. AVANTI received the ITEA Award of Excellence for Innovation in 2017.
